The muscles get toned which are thus prone to development and improvement. It greatly helps foster our correct figure, body, image and physical appearance. Exercise combined with proper diet will reduce and control body fat and also fulfills proper nutritional requirement. Due to this, the energy level of a person gets increased and the ideal body weight is maintained. It highly improves the mood thus reducing depression and anxiety. As a result, we can be able to meet all challenges of life, making ourselves self confident. It postpones the ageing process too. The risk of cardio-vascular disease is decreased when one possess the physical fitness and wellness. Thus, it’s very essential that we give our best time to indulge in maintaining our physical health in order to have a good mental health too and to have a long-lasting lifetime.
