Prayer Brings Victory

When I asked God for strength
he gave me difficult situations to face
When I asked God for brain
he gave me puzzle in life to solve
When I asked God for happiness
he showed me some unhappy people
When I asked God for wealth
he showed me how to work hard
When I asked God for favors
he showed me opportunities to work hard
When I asked God for peace
he showed me how to help others
God gave me nothing I wanted
He gave me everything I needed

Lecturing - My Passion

Today I feel lyk sharing something about my long-term passion, I would say..........that is,.....one of ma most favourite profession which is nothing but LECTURER. As soon as we hear the term 'lecturers' and 'teachers', we tend to sleep rite....? hahaha....tats the kinda tendency tat we hav developed right frm our school days. One of the quotes tat i had heard is,
"Some people talk in their sleep. Lecturers talk while other people sleep"
I know tat you would be laughing after reading tis. Even though its something like a comedy, the truth is not so.....

Awwwww.....when i look at tis pic, I admire it sooooo much and portray myself in the place of tat lecturer. Its really a great job to teach someone what you know rather than keeping it within yourself. Its jst lyk a candle lighting another candle and it goes on spreading throughout the world. I used to always admire their gestures toooo.......

But I would say that to become a lecturer, first of all one should develop a lot of self-confidence within himself/herself since its not an easy task to address a huge audience standing at the centre of a big lecture hall. Secondly, a perfect preparation for the presentation is a viable one too. When tis second criteria is perfectly met, the first one, that is, self-confidence automatically comes.

And a lecturer should always concentrate on the attire they wear, since tat forms a clear picture and impression about him/her to the listeners around them which in turn would again be the deciding factor as to attract the audience towards their presentation.

The lecture or presentation would be more useful and presentable when given using slides or extra notes or the exact examples and so on. These are the extra bits and pieces that could add more spice to the lecture tat's being given. It completely lies on the hands of the lecturer and their nitty-gritty techniques which can stop the listeners from going to sleep and have a sweet dream for themselves. According to me, a presentation can be more adorable when its being organized as an interactive one so that it would always keep the audience on track rather than deviations.

Why I'm talking about these things is, I'm not a professional to provide these tips but these are the minute things tat I have grasped from my experience of lecturing and presentations which I had given during my college days. And I love to do it again because its such a wonderful job to carry on. So, we should always think for a second before we start criticizing our lecturers because its not so easy to carry out their work if we opt to do so but it is very easy to comment.

My Role Model

Everybody have their own role model or idol in their life whom they keep as a source of inspiration or motivation in their life. Me too have a wonderful role model in ma mind about whom I would like to share something. Mostly, when we ask someone about their idol, they start with great personalities like Jawaharlal Nehru, Mother Teresa and so on. But, on the contrary, mine is none other than the person who's very close to me and who's the reason for my creation inside ma mother's womb....Yes......He's none other than my dad!!!!!
The first time I stood up to my feet (tat was possible with the help of ma father)

When I think of my dad from the day I remember ie., frm ma childhood days till date, he had really set me an excellent example in each and every aspect of life tat one had to go through. So, rather than dragging ma feelings lyk tis, lemme go in-depth and start describing ma role model. But before going, I'll add one more point; If you look at the pic above you can see my father helping me to stand on ma own legs and tat is how he's till today...urging and motivating me to become bold enough to stand myself throughout the rest of ma life.....

My role model

My dad is a person from whom I have learnt a lot in ma life and still learning too. He, who lost his father while he was just a little boy is really a great hard-worker who took the burden of looking after the whole family and also made himself perfect by performing all his duties whole-fully, without any selfish desire. I always admire his hard-work which I had seen just from my childhood itself. Despite his own commitments and issues in life, he was always a very good father for us and a really lovable husband for my mom too. Something which I would like to add to his traits is his 'spirituality'. He's a father who brought us up with God's fear and his teaching to us was to always keep God as the first priority in all walks of life which would really be the foremost reason for our success in our life, and he proved it with his example too. And also I always feel lucky to have him as our dad because he's devoid of any kinda bad habits like smoking or drinking which, according to me, should one of the most essential qualities of a real gentleman to lead his family in a smooth way. I always used to see my papa as a 'hero' because he is like that in his real life. He's always strict to discipline us wherever needed and at the same time a sweetheart for us always and forever b'coz  if he hadn't been a little bit strict also it would lead us astray, I feel. Really I feel thankful and grateful to my father to whatever he had done till now.

Some of the adorable traits of my Dada are

  • His hard work
  • His intelligence and smartness
  • His unfailing love, care and affection
  • His perfectionism in everything
  • His sprituality
  • His puristic life avoiding any kinda bad habits
  • His disciplinary nature
  • His helping tendency
and more and more nd more....................................

To be very frank I can say that I am very proud to say that I am his daughter and its solely because of him what I m today. So I love my dad so so much that I pray to God that he should lead his successful life for more and more years to come. And one of my earnest desires is that I wanna fulfill the dream tat he has on me and shine before his eyes in this world so that he'll be also feeling proud to say that I m his daughter. B'coz I personally feel that I haven't achieved anything great in ma life till now and  I too wanted to become like my role model, otherwise it would be meaningless of regarding him as my idol. And that would be the greatest tribute that I ever give to such a lovely father. I'm lucky in having a perfect father like him and I thank God each and every day for having gifted me a precious one as my dad..

And here I dedicate a poem for you dad. Even though its not my own, I feel that these words fit exactly what's there inside my mind pretty well and here it is:

Every day the whole year through,
I feel grateful you are my father.
Some fathers don't have time for their kids,
But for you I'm never a bother.
You always make the effort to listen and share;
You're there whenever you're needed.
Because I know how much you care,
My problems are all defeated.
Dad, you are truly admired and adored,
And I hope you always know,
Your daughter's affection for you is strong,
And my love continues to grow.

You may have thought I didn't see,
Or that I hadn't heard,
Life lessons that you taught to me,
But I got every word.
Perhaps you thought I missed it all,
And that we'd grow apart,
But Dad, I picked up everything,
It's written on my heart.
Without you, Dad, I wouldn't be
The woman I am today;
You built a strong foundation
No one can take away.
I've grown up with your values,
And I'm very glad I did;
So here's to you, dear father,
From your forever grateful kid.

Hi everybody.....

"A Good Beginning Maketh A Good Ending"

I believe strongly in this and I wanna make this post as a good beginning to my blog. I'm hereafter gonna share and broadcast my thoughts through this medium. And today, there's nothing much special for me to share with, but I'll go on posting my thoughts in the coming days, be it whatever. I'll just wind up with one of my favorite quotes, which are the golden words of Hitler:

"When you are in light, everything will follow you. But when you enter dark, even your own shadow will not   follow you.
Tats life!"

So, tis s ma short msg for today.......
And last but not the least, I thank all those who have complimented my previous blogs 'Christian Life' and 'Beautiful Days'........

Finally, i m gonna end up this post by stating an inspiration fact which is as follows.

If you can laugh when you are completely broken up, then there can be nothing that can break you next time.....
So, laugh and rejoice in the Lord always....(even during tough times even though its not easy to be like tat).
