The first time I stood up to my feet (tat was possible with the help of ma father) |
When I think of my dad from the day I remember ie., frm ma childhood days till date, he had really set me an excellent example in each and every aspect of life tat one had to go through. So, rather than dragging ma feelings lyk tis, lemme go in-depth and start describing ma role model. But before going, I'll add one more point; If you look at the pic above you can see my father helping me to stand on ma own legs and tat is how he's till today...urging and motivating me to become bold enough to stand myself throughout the rest of ma life.....
My role model |
My dad is a person from whom I have learnt a lot in ma life and still learning too. He, who lost his father while he was just a little boy is really a great hard-worker who took the burden of looking after the whole family and also made himself perfect by performing all his duties whole-fully, without any selfish desire. I always admire his hard-work which I had seen just from my childhood itself. Despite his own commitments and issues in life, he was always a very good father for us and a really lovable husband for my mom too. Something which I would like to add to his traits is his 'spirituality'. He's a father who brought us up with God's fear and his teaching to us was to always keep God as the first priority in all walks of life which would really be the foremost reason for our success in our life, and he proved it with his example too. And also I always feel lucky to have him as our dad because he's devoid of any kinda bad habits like smoking or drinking which, according to me, should one of the most essential qualities of a real gentleman to lead his family in a smooth way. I always used to see my papa as a 'hero' because he is like that in his real life. He's always strict to discipline us wherever needed and at the same time a sweetheart for us always and forever b'coz if he hadn't been a little bit strict also it would lead us astray, I feel. Really I feel thankful and grateful to my father to whatever he had done till now.
Some of the adorable traits of my Dada are
- His hard work
- His intelligence and smartness
- His unfailing love, care and affection
- His perfectionism in everything
- His sprituality
- His puristic life avoiding any kinda bad habits
- His disciplinary nature
- His helping tendency
and more and more nd more....................................
To be very frank I can say that I am very proud to say that I am his daughter and its solely because of him what I m today. So I love my dad so so much that I pray to God that he should lead his successful life for more and more years to come. And one of my earnest desires is that I wanna fulfill the dream tat he has on me and shine before his eyes in this world so that he'll be also feeling proud to say that I m his daughter. B'coz I personally feel that I haven't achieved anything great in ma life till now and I too wanted to become like my role model, otherwise it would be meaningless of regarding him as my idol. And that would be the greatest tribute that I ever give to such a lovely father. I'm lucky in having a perfect father like him and I thank God each and every day for having gifted me a precious one as my dad..
And here I dedicate a poem for you dad. Even though its not my own, I feel that these words fit exactly what's there inside my mind pretty well and here it is:
Every day the whole year through,
I feel grateful you are my father.
Some fathers don't have time for their kids,
But for you I'm never a bother.You always make the effort to listen and share;
You're there whenever you're needed.
Because I know how much you care,
My problems are all defeated.Dad, you are truly admired and adored,
And I hope you always know,
Your daughter's affection for you is strong,
And my love continues to grow.You may have thought I didn't see,
Or that I hadn't heard,
Life lessons that you taught to me,
But I got every word.Perhaps you thought I missed it all,
And that we'd grow apart,
But Dad, I picked up everything,
It's written on my heart.Without you, Dad, I wouldn't be
The woman I am today;
You built a strong foundation
No one can take away.I've grown up with your values,
And I'm very glad I did;
So here's to you, dear father,
From your forever grateful kid.
